There are many misconception about the shoulders. Usually, thinking of our shoulders, we think of our shoulder joint forgetting about our shoulder girdle, the area responsible for shoulder stabilization.
In our workshop we will clarify this “half”-conception of our shoulders, and show you how a more accurate perception of your shoulders and shoulder girdle stabilization will enhance your arm-efficiency while practicing Pilates exercises.
