Ich, du, wir alle leben im Zeitalter der Informationstechnologie. Die Cyberwelt dominiert jeden Aspekt unseres Lebens. Fleisch-zu-Fleisch Kommunikation wird von Fleisch-zu-Metall Kommunikation in allen möglichen Größen und Formen ersetzt.

Heute sind unsere besten Freunde nicht mehr die Leute, mit denen wir die Schule besuchten, sondern die hypnotisierenden digitalen Cyber-Tänze aus Licht, Klicks und Bildern auf unseren Handys, Pads, Laptops und PCs. Virtuelle Realität unterhält uns.

Leider kommt sie der Integrität unseres Körpers nicht zugute. Augen, Kopf, Nacken, Wirbelsäule und Rücken werden durch diese hoch dotierten Cyber-Attraktionen unbewusst dazu gezwungen ihre natürliche Position zu verlassen; was bewirkt, dass unsere Körperzentrum-Kontrolle geometrische Funktionsstörungen aufweist. Obwohl Technologie negative Einflüsse auf unseren Körper hat, kannst du mit unseren Tipps lernen diese Einflüsse abzumildern.

Lasst uns erst einmal die Technik besprechen. Ich erinnere mich an ein Interview mit Bruce Lee, das ich auf You Tube sah. Der Interviewer fragte ihn, was das Geheimnis seiner Technik ist. Bruce antwortete herzlich, „Ich mache das Unnatürliche natürlich, und das Natürliche unnatürlich.“

Das Unnatürliche natürlich machen

Das ist genau das, was wir tun müssen. Das Natürliche unnatürlich und das Unnatürliche natürlich machen. Wir müssen unseren Körper an die neuen Umstände anpassen, um mit diesen unnatürlichen „hoch-dotierten“ Cyber Attraktionen physisch so interagieren zu können, dass die Interaktion natürlich wird.

Wir müssen unseren Körper anders be-nutzen, damit wir die Integrität unseres Körpers als Ganzes aufrechterhalten können! Wir müssen das, was wir als natürlich empfinden – wie zum Beispiel das Herumlümmeln am Stuhl vorm PC – umwandeln in das, was wir als unnatürlich empfinden – Sitzen aus dem Becken heraus in aufrechter Haltung. Wobei die aufrechte Sitzposition ein weiteres noch zu besprechendes Thema ist, aber das lasse ich für ein anderes Mal.

Jetzt und hier, wie versprochen …

3 Tipps zum Lösen von Cyber-Nacken-Verspannungen

Tip 1 – Massage

Setz dich auf einen Stuhl oder leg dich auf deinen Rücken. Mit den Daumen scanne deinen Nackenbereich bis du einen Schmerzpunkt entdeckst. Drücke für 10 Sekunden auf diesen Punkt, atme dabei langsam durch die Nase ein, und langsam durch den Mund aus.

Tip 2 – Atmung

Leg dich wie auf dem Bild dargestellt auf den Boden. Atme langsam ein und zähle bis 3, halte den Atem zähle bis 9, dann atme langsam aus währenddessen du bis 6 zählst. Mache diese Sequenz für 1 Minute. Wiederhole sie auf der anderen Seite.

Tip 3 – Bewegung & Atmung

Leg dich auf den Boden mit einem kleinen Ball unter deinem Brustkorb (Bild 1). Atme langsam ein und hebe deinem Kopf und Brustkorb (Bild 2). Bleib in dieser Position, atme langsam aus, hebe dein Becken (Bild 3). Atme ein und bringe dein Becken zurück auf den Boden (Bild 4). Atme aus und komme zurück in die Ausgangsposition (Bild 1). Atme natürlich ein und aus, sodass die Luft durch die Nase kontinuierlich ein- und ausgehen kann. Drücke deine Ellbogen nach hinten und hebe dein Kinn zum Brustkorb (Bild 5). Wiederhole diese Sequenz 5 Mal.

Steh auf, geh herum und genieße dieses neue Gefühl von Leichtigkeit um deinen Kopf herum. Ja, es ist DEIN Nacken! Frei von Cyber-Nacken-Verspannungen.
